膀胱過動症與性功能

頻尿是診友常會提到的症狀，梳理膀胱過動症的資料時，也注意常會一併影響性功能，解惑我心中一些疑問。

 

女性：

研究顯示有膀胱過動症（OAB） 的女性比健康女性有更高比例的性功能障礙(1)。有失禁症狀的女性性功能障礙比無失禁的女性更嚴重(2)。

 

男性：

OAB 顯著增加勃起功能障礙（ED）的發生率(3)。

 

治療：

膀胱過動症藥物如抗蕈毒鹼藥物、Beta-3 agonists(mirabegron)可能對OAB相關性功能障礙有幫助(4)(5)。
